At Nami Matcha, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the perishable nature of our food products, we can only accept returns on unopened, sealed items within 14 days of delivery. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement or full refund.

Return Process

    Once approved, securely pack your items and ship them to our fulfillment center using the prepaid label provided by our customer service representative.
